We aim to bring a fresh perspective to spirituality by sharing how working with energies can support your overall wellbeing, outlook and sense of balance. Transparency and trust are important to us, and our family practice offers a warm and welcoming experience of the spiritual world.
We offer a range of spiritual and healing therapies that focus on relaxation, balance and emotional wellbeing, alongside psychic readings and mediumship for insight, guidance and heartfelt messages from spirit. Many clients say they leave feeling lighter, uplifted and more centred.
If you have been dealing with emotional challenges such as stress or anxiety, or you feel you need more balance in your life, we aim to help you feel more settled and relaxed. If you have experienced grief or bereavement, we offer a compassionate space where you can feel understood and supported in a calm environment.
Our name The Healing Tree Glos is inspired by our own family tree. This is a family led practice where we bring our individual gifts together to offer the best possible experience for every client. As a family run business, we are known for quality, trust and reliability, and we are committed to maintaining this standard in everything we do.
​Faye has over twenty years' experience in mediumship and healing therapies and works with clients locally, across the UK and internationally. A natural medium, she delivers messages from spirit with care and compassion. She sensed her abilities from childhood, and exploring spirituality as an adult helped her understand and embrace her gift.

Robin is an experienced international medium and tarot reader. He offers insight and guidance with empathy and respect, and feels grateful to support people in this way. He has developed his connection with commitment and sensitivity, bringing a calm and grounded presence to his work.
The adult children in our family discovered their healing and psychic gifts from a young age and were involved in the early development of the family business. They continue to support the practice behind the scenes in administrative roles.
Our passion is to help people feel happier, more balanced and more connected within themselves. We work with the energies of the mind, body and soul as one, creating a calm and supportive space for every client we welcome.

Clients accept that healing is a simple, gentle, hands-on energy technique intended for stress reduction and relaxation, and that we do not diagnose conditions, prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe medication, or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.

We may share information that could support positive change, but any choices clients make remain their personal and legal responsibility. Readings under UK law are deemed to be for entertainment only.

Personal data may be stored securely to comply with our business insurance regulations and is never shared with or sold to any third party, in line with current GDPR law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, which help us provide a quality service, manage our schedule efficiently in line with our business insurance, and keep things fair for everyone. These guidelines also help minimise no-shows so we can offer a consistent and reliable service for all our clients.
Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised once payment is received, which means clients can be confident their session is secured at a mutually convenient time.*
We offer flexibility to reschedule, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session. ​
Any requested session is held until the prepayment cut-off time to give clients time to finalise. If payment is not received by the cut-off time, the session automatically returns to the live calendar for others to request.
To ensure fairness, we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed, as clients will already have received our time and expertise.
We are unable to offer refunds for no-shows, or for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Sessions are available for adults aged 18 and over, in line with our insurance requirements.

*We reserve the right to cancel bookings and issue refunds at our discretion.
