Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, designed to ensure excellent service, efficient time management, and fair policies for all. These terms help us manage our schedule effectively in line with our business insurance,

and minimise no-shows so we can provide the best possible service to all our clients.

Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised as soon as payment is received,

ensuring clients can be confident their slot is guaranteed at a mutually convenient time.*

We also offer flexibility to reschedule, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session.

For Parties & Occasions, a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the event is required.

Should a client need to change the Parties & Occasions venue, the cost may be subject to variation.

Please be aware that any booking requests not finalised by the prepayment cut-off date are automatically released

back into our booking system, allowing us to assist other clients in need. 

To ensure fairness, we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed,

as clients will already have received our time and expertise.

Please note that we have adopted a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients,

and no refund will be issued in these circumstances.

*We reserve the right to cancel bookings and issue refunds at our discretion.
