Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Our services are pre-booked and pre-paid. Bookings are finalised as soon as pre-payment is received. Clients are then guaranteed a slot at a mutually convenient time,* even if they need to reschedule. If so, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the session.

Please be aware that any booking requests not finalised by the pre-payment cut-off date are automatically returned to our booking system, ensuring availability to assist others in need.

Please understand that we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed. You will have received our time and our expertise.

We have had to adopt a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients, and we will not be able to give a refund in these circumstances.

These terms and conditions are to help us plan the logistics of our schedule, ensuring we deliver the best possible service to all clients within the terms of our business insurance. They support our commitment to our trusted family business and effective time management, safeguarding against no-shows and protecting our livelihoods.
