Service Description
This 30-minute session is intended as a follow-on or top-up appointment for returning clients, ideal when you would like a shorter treatment between your longer sessions. It begins with a brief check-in, followed by a shorter chakra healing treatment shaped around your needs. There are seven main energy centres in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra relates to a different part of the body. Chakra healing focuses on clearing and balancing these energy centres, which many people find can have a positive effect on overall wellbeing. Sessions are available in person in our private therapy room, or remotely, where you can receive distant healing in the comfort of your own home. Many people find remote sessions work well because spiritual energy is not limited by time or space. The final part of the session includes a short discussion (by phone or video call if remote) where we share impressions and offer gentle spiritual guidance. ***For your first healing treatment with us, we recommend a minimum 45-minute session with an initial consultation (by phone or video call if remote) so we can tailor the experience for you.*** You may find our FAQs helpful, particularly the healing section.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, which help us provide a quality service, manage our schedule efficiently in line with our business insurance, and maintain fair policies for everyone. These guidelines also help minimise no-shows so we can offer the best possible service to all our clients. Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised as soon as payment is received which means clients can be confident their session is guaranteed at a mutually convenient time.* We offer flexibility to reschedule, provided we receive a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the session. ​ Any requested session is held until the prepayment cut-off time so clients have time to finalise. If payment is not received by the cut-off time, the booking system automatically returns the session to the live calendar for others to request. To ensure fairness, we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed, as clients will already have received our time and expertise. We have a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients and no refund will be issued in these circumstances. *We reserve the right to cancel bookings and issue refunds at our discretion.
