Service Description
Invite our spiritual mediums/psychics to your gathering or party at your home or a venue of your choice, for a unique and exciting addition to your event. Choose on the next page whether you'd like an in person visit or to hold the event by video call . Sessions are 1+ hours, and we can tailor the length and type of the event to suit your needs. We will confirm the cost based on your individual requirements - we will need to know the number of people requiring readings, and the full address including postcode of the event location. Following your request to book, we will contact you to discuss further. If your preferred date is unavailable, please request a session for the nearest available date and time. In the 'Add your Message' field of your booking request, include your preferred date and time options. We will review your request and make every effort to accommodate your preferences. We suggest that clients view our FAQs, which cover our most commonly asked questions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, which are designed to ensure excellent service, efficient time management, and fair policies for all. Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised as soon as full payment is received. Clients can then be confident that their booking is guaranteed and the session will be reserved for them at a mutually convenient time.* We also offer flexibility in rescheduling if needed, provided we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice before the event. Should the client need to change the Parties & Occasions venue, the cost may be subject to variation. Please be aware that any booking requests not finalised by the prepayment cut-off date are automatically released back into our booking system, allowing us to assist others in need. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed. You will have received our time and our expertise. We have had to adopt a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients, and we will not be able to give a refund in these circumstances. These terms help us manage our schedule effectively and minimise no-shows so we can provide the best service to everyone, within the terms of our business insurance. *We reserve the right to cancel and refund.
