Service Description
Invite our spiritual mediums/psychics to your gathering or party at your home or a venue of your choice, for a unique and exciting addition to your event. Choose on the next page whether you'd like an in person visit or to hold the event by video call . Sessions are 1+ hours, and we can tailor the length and type of event just for you. We'll confirm the cost based on your individual requirements — including the number of people requiring readings, and the full address with postcode of your event. After your booking request, we’ll be in touch. ***If your preferred date isn’t available, pick a day nearby and add your ideal dates in the Add Your Message box — we’ll review your request and do our best to accommodate and reschedule.*** We suggest that clients view our FAQs which cover our most commonly asked questions.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with us, clients agree to our terms and conditions, designed to ensure excellent service, efficient time management, and fair policies for all. These terms help us manage our schedule effectively in line with our business insurance, and minimise no-shows so we can provide the best service to everyone. Our services are pre-booked and prepaid. Bookings are finalised as soon as payment is received, ensuring clients can be confident their slot is guaranteed at a mutually convenient time.* We also offer flexibility to reschedule, provided we receive a minimum of 48 hours notice before the event. Should the client need to change the event venue, the cost may be subject to variation. Please be aware that any booking requests not finalised by the prepayment cut-off date are automatically released back into our booking system, allowing us to assist other clients in need. To ensure fairness, we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed, as you will have received our time and our expertise. Please note that we have adopted a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients, and no refund will be issued in these circumstances. *We reserve the right to cancel bookings and refund at our discretion.
