Cancelation Policy

Once we have received advance payment, clients are guaranteed a slot at a mutually convenient time.* For clients who have paid and need to reschedule their booking, we ask that they please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for services once they have been completed. You will have received our time and our expertise. We have had to adopt a zero-tolerance approach to no-shows without prior contact from clients, and we will not be able to give a refund in these circumstances.
